Armed with expertise gleaned from years of working in the water feature industry, Jerry Wheeler is the Creator of the Hearthfall. While designing and building elaborate fountains and Koi ponds in a business he started for his sons, Jerry got the idea to place a waterfall in front of a fireplace—and the rest is Hearthfalls history. When he's not engrossed in the business, which he absolutely loves, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family and hunting deer.

Before she came on full-time with Hearthfalls in the spring of 2005, Nancy Allison had cultivated a career in small business ownership management for more than 20 years. She is a full-time business student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is very active in her church. Nancy's love of nature is one of the things that attracted her to Hearthfalls LLC, and she can be found landscaping and traveling when she is away from the office.
